XIM University : MBA Placement 2024

Xavier Institute of Management University (XIM University, Bhubaneswar), released the final placements for the batch 2022 – 2024. Premier B-School of India, (earlier known as XIMB), the Xavier Institute of Management, which offers MBA since 2015, disclosed the placement data. Average annual package for 2022-24 MBA (Business Management) batch has been Rs 19.53 lakh per annum. The highest domestic salary in the placement stood at Rs. 30 lakh per annum while the average median salary stood at Rs. 18.37 LPA.  

Both the highest and the average CTC has come down compared to last year's average 20 LPA; highest salary Rs. 71.5 LPA and Median Salary Rs. 19.5 LPA

A total of 350 students participated in the placement drive that hosted 99 companies including leading firms and organizations like L’Oreal, Bain Capability Network (BCN), PineLabs, Air India, Flipkart, Tata Steel, Thomson Reuters, DE Shaw, Accenture, Wells Fargo, IDBI Bank, Asian Paints, Larsen & Toubro, ABFRL Shadowfax, Intellect Design Arena, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, ElasticRun, Haldirams, Cummins and Lakme. 

Highlights: 

  • According to Xuberance ‘24 - the placement report, a batch of 350 students participated in the placement process. 

  • 99 companies were hosted in Xuberance’24. 

  • 76 students have been extended PPOs from their summer internship organizations. 

  • 07 students got placement offers from corporate case study competitions done by  HCCB–Disrupt, Tata Steel–Steel-a-thon, Air India- SOAR, Avalon Consulting- Sun Tzu 

  • The highest domestic salary stood at Rs. 30.00 Lakhs per annum 

  • The average annual compensation stood at Rs. 19.53 Lakhs per annum

XAHR MBA HR Placement 2024:  XIM, the School of Human Resource Management also accomplished 100% placement for its MBA HRM (Human Resource Management) batch with an average CTC of Rs 17.02 lakh per annum. The highest domestic salary stood at Rs 30 lakh per annum, while the median salary stood at Rs 16.5 lakh.

The placements encompassed a diverse array of sectors, including banking, finance and insurance (BFSI), development, consultancy, marketing, NBFC-MFIs, and financial inclusion, with 18 organizations involved in the process, XUB officials said
